Painting Room                    : We have a 670 meters chain long Painting Room which is one of the most largest one of Turkey and our painting thickness is 80 microns.

- Waterbased primer paint coating
- Epoxy Polyester Elektrostatic powder coat
 
Packing Machines : Full automatic packing system with shrinked poly bags after quality control is done.
 
THE PRODUCTION MATERIALS
 
Steel      :  We use DKP 7612 A Quality 1,10 - 1,20 mm Eregli ( Turkish ) production steels which has DIN Certificates
Paint      :  We use non harmfull certificated paints to humans and Ral 9016 series of semi shinning white paints.
Packing  :  All panel radiators are being wrapped by balloned laminated Nylon and then shrinked
 
Quality Certificates : All panel radiators has 10 years of Guarantee. We have CE - EN442 - ISO 9001:2000, TSE,  Ukr-SEPRO and GHOST certificates
